Celebrate the Summer Solstice by giving yourself the space to deeply rest and restore. Sacred Sound Sanctuary is a group sound healing experience that is both a sound bath and shamanic journey. Melinda uses crystal singing bowls, medicine drum, voice and other vibrational sound tools to facilitate a journey into a state of deep release, freedom, relaxation and alignment. No experience necessary but please know that this is a sacred ceremonial journey, we go into very deep states, and the program is two hours long. 

Please bring yoga mat, sheep skin if you have one, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and everything you think you might want or need to comfortably lay on the floor or ground for two hours.
